A note to w people who want to tone police us
I recently posted the reasons that I have for not wanting to attend the No King's protest today. I had somebody tell me that they are disappointed in my choice and send me a link to a video with a couple of white people telling me why it's so important for me to go and why it's so effective.
In no world am I going to sit there and have somebody send me a lecture on why I should go to this protest from a couple of w people. I don't have to justify my reasons. My post wasn't a justification. It was sharing valid perspectives to be considered based on everything I've been studying on revolution, activism, and effective change since I was 8 years old.
🖕 I'm not listening to the same assholes who were content to let me suffer as long as it wasn't them. If you only fight when it's you, then you're a white supremacist 🖕
It wasn't inviting an argument. I am never open to an argument. I do discussions. If you want to argue, take it somewhere else. If you don't believe in the validity of what I say, you can Google and you can learn from the same fucking sources I've done for the last 45 years.
I have activism to do
There is no fucking way that we are listening to the demographic that's been getting in our way this entire fucking time.

This isn't your time. This is your time to sit down, shut the fuck up, and only speak if your voice can help. Otherwise you don't want to help, you want to feel better.

w people, y'all have no fucking clue what you're doing. You have never effectively fought for anything without us. You have joined everybody else's fight a day late and a dollar short. Then you take over like you invented the whole fucking concept.
If you want to fight, learn. Otherwise you're the one we're fighting, too. You are on the wrong side of history because you are choosing your pride and your ego over effectiveness.
You are worse than them because you're not just trying to center yourself, you're silencing us
